These pressed pigments are just as pigmented as the non pressed pigments! Nikkia and Nikkia Joy Cosmetics have made these pressed pigments just as fabulous as the original pigments! The multi colored shadows look amazing! As if I spent hours adding more colors and blending to perfection but I simply applied the eyeshadow and it does all the hard work for me! Not only are all of the products at Nikkia Joy Cosmetics professional quality and gorgeous but the Customer Service Team is unmatched! Any issues with shipping, etc. and they truly treat me like a Queen! Thanks Nikkia Joy for making genius, professional cosmetics, but also for having the best Customer Service Team on Earth! I highly recommend all of Nikkia’s innovative cosmetics! Her YouTube channel is full of wonderful knowledge of all things beauty! And Nikkia is wonderful as well, beautiful inside and out!

I'll be honest I wasn't as big a fan of the original pigments. They are stunning in terms of color, but in my opinion they are also quite high maintenance for the average user. You need to take your time applying them, have a mixing medium of some kind for optimal color payoff, they don't apply well with every brush, and there's a lot of fallout if you apply then dry. Not to mention they are a handful if you're traveling. When I saw the pressed pigment bundle I clicked "buy" without hesitation and have ZERO REGRETS. These are super low maintenance, work with every eyeshadow brush I've tried, and they are travel friendly. They apply like butter on their own, and look absolutely stunning with minimal effort. You can toss one in your makeup bag and apply it with your finger for amazing results. Absolute 100% recommend.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that our warehouse is closed on all Australian public holidays and shipment times will begin the next business day following. Please note that during times of high order volume (sales, new product launches, new collection launches, holiday periods etc) this shipment time will be extended.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders shipped within Australia usually take 2-5 business days to arrive when shipped via regular post. Express shipping orders will arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped. Please follow the delivery of your shipment via the Australia Post tracking number that we provide you with via email.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. We are sorry but addresses are unable to be changed once your payment has been made.
Parcel Damage
Please contact us within 5 business days if you parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics take pride in its stringent quality control procedures and strives to provide our customers with only the highest quality products. If however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival please contact us within 10 business day via the CONTACT US page on our website and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns.
Why is my order coming from the USA?
During times of high order volumes (sales, launches etc), processing times at one or more of our warehouses may be extended. If NJC determines it will an order can be received sooner, we may at any point change the location that your order is sent from. This will ensure you receive your order in the fastest possible time. Any additional shipping charges will be absorbed by NJC.
