Make sure to log in to your account and go to Order History. Click on your order number (#) to view tracking information.

Aside from going to Order History, we use Auspost for our carrier, and you can track your orders by entering the tracking number on Auspost's tracking page.

You can also use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to get real-time updates on your delivery status.

To apply a discount code, enter the code in the discount box at checkout and click 'Apply'. The discount will be applied to your order total.

Please note that NOT ALL discount codes can be combined or used during sales periods, or with other discounts/promotions.

Also take note that our system does not allow the use of additional discount codes during any storewide sale.

Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure prompt delivery. We will try our best to amend your order, but in most cases, orders are processed immediately and are unable to be changed. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival, please contact us within 10 business days via the CONTACT US page on our website, and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For customers in the USA, please note that we have a warehouse located in Dallas, Texas, which may be used for returns and exchanges to facilitate a quicker process. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nikkiajoycosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. Please contact us within 5 business days if your parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.
