E11 - Smudge Brush.

• Short, flat topped smudging brush with soft, dense bristles to allow for diffused smudging of eyeshadow through crease and lower lash line.
• Rounded cut off shape is perfect for blending eyeshadow through the lower lash line.
• Densely packed bristles allow for maximum eyeshadow pick up and placement. 
• Silky soft bristles are gentle and non-irritating on the eye.
